May 2007
My husband Monte Oliver is a 25 year survivor of Parkinson’s disease. His greatest risk with this disease is sudden freezing and falling issues among the other symptoms. My biggest concern for him is leaving him home alone, especially because of his medical condition, if he was unconscious he would be unable to tell any medical staff of his medications, allergies or bran implants.
We purchased the E-1-1-.com necklace of March 21, 2007. On Saturday, the 29th, he slipped and fell into our hot tub. EMT’s were alerted by the Response Link system we have in our home. However, they reached the emergency room prior to my arrival at the hospital. They were given his E-1-1.com necklace to put in their computers and were able to access his medical records immediately. None of the doctors or nurses in the emergency room were familiar with this system. The record showed immediately his
Allergies to medications and listed all the procedures that he could not undergo due to brain implants (difibulation, MRI, or ultrasound). It also gave them all medications that he was on. This was all made available to the staff prior to my arrival.
In the event that Monte should be unconscious, this necklace and the information it contains would truly save his life. Inputting the information was extremely easy, is password protected and can be undated as necessary.
I would strongly urge anyone with medical conditions, allergies or numerous medications to have one of the E-1-1.com / MEDKEe products.
Sincerely,
Sandra & Monte Oliver |
